The Process: Crafting atmosphere through precision and innovation
HyRez was commissioned to produce a suite of exterior and interior CGI visuals to support Abbey Barn Park’s marketing campaign, with a focus on realism, warmth, and emotional connection.
Our process combined high-fidelity CGI production with AI-assisted post-production, allowing us to achieve exceptional levels of detail while retaining a natural, photographic finish. Architecture, materials, planting, and lighting were developed with precision in 3D, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the entire visual set.
For the exterior imagery, we carefully designed a morning-light scenario, using low-angle sunlight to create long shadows, soft highlights, and a sense of daily life beginning. Subtle human activity was integrated to add scale and reinforce the feeling of a lived-in, welcoming community.
Interior visuals were approached with the same attention to atmosphere and usability. Warm lighting, realistic material responses, and carefully styled layouts helped communicate both the quality of the spaces and how they function day to day.
AI-assisted post-production was used selectively to refine mood, enhance natural variation, and balance realism with storytelling. This hybrid approach allowed us to elevate each image while maintaining visual integrity and alignment with Berkeley Group’s brand expectations.
