    Enquire with the Hyrez team and tell us all about your development, your timeframe, and your budget. Once you share your architectural drawings and technical information, we’ll create a comprehensive proposal for you.

  • The Middle

    When you’re ready to proceed, it’s time for HyRez to begin! Our creative team starts with mood-boarding and storyboarding. Our technical 3D build team then meticulously crafts every photorealistic detail. We’ll update you regularly on the progress of your project and ask for your feedback.

  • The End

    Before signing off on your project, your images and videos will go through post-production to enhance the aesthetics of every shot. You’ll then have a final opportunity to give us feedback. When you’re happy with everything, it’s time to share your visuals with your marketing department!

Property Visualisation FAQs

Getting every detail right

  • Unless there are unusual circumstances, we can confidently say you’ll have your deliverables within 30 days of onboarding.

    Onboarding you as a client is very straightforward. It starts with a chat, which allows us to get to know you, your homes, and your aims with the photography and video. Once this stage is complete our creative and technical teams collaborate to produce your images. The timing of this depends on the quantity and level of complexity of the project.

    We’ll communicate with you at every stage, so you are aware of when to expect your visuals.

  • For a typical exterior project, we require a site plan, set of floor plans and elevations. We will also need to know how many shots you require and of which plots/ areas. For interiors, we'll just need floor plans and an idea of how many shots of which spaces you require.

  • As each of our projects are unique, there are many ways to keep your budget in mind as we create your visuals. We can share precise costs with you during the proposal stage and we are open to discussing your budget. Typically, we ask for 50% up front and 50% upon completion. If you pay for the work in its entirety upfront, we offer a 10% discount.

  • During a typical project we’ll give you up to three opportunities for feedback as we produce your images. Once the project is complete, we give you a 14-day window to review the visuals and come back to us with your final thoughts. You will be completely satisfied with your imagery, because we listen, understand, and action your feedback.

  • Just as a traditional photographer would, we technically retain the copyright of the content that we produce. However, you have exclusive, unlimited, and indefinite rights to print, post and duplicate them as you please. There are absolutely no strings attached. We are happy to discuss this with you in detail at the enquiry stage.
