We have partnered with Lucy Developments several times, most recently on this small, sensitively designed development of converted homes.

Lucy Developments are based in Oxford and build residential properties across the county. They prioritise building with innovative design and high- quality, traditional materials. The Brief: Highlighting modern living in a traditional environment


Lucy Development tasked us with creating a marketing suite to fully present the details and design of the Manor Farm development.

  • Site branding and site signage to communicate the modern yet heritage-inspired feel of the development

  • Exterior visualisation of eight properties, ranging between 2- and 5-bedrooms, including landscaping

  • Interior design services, including mood-boarding, staging, styling, lighting, and CGI interior photography

  • Floor plan illustrations to scale and including bespoke specifications for each of the detached homes

  • Brochure design to accurately present the properties with impressive, aesthetic CGI photography.

The Process: masterfully creating digital images


As there were many important details in this project, the HyRez team took it step by step. We began with the site branding and site signage. Since this is the first insight the potential buyers will have of the overall development, it was essential to communicate the balance of tastefully modern homes in an idyllic countryside setting.

Once this was approved it set the tone for the rest of the design. Considering the target buyers, our teams collaborated to bring the rest of the development to life digitally. Our interior experts began with mood-boarding and storyboarding to design each unique room. We created a sense of luxury and cohesion across all the homes and all the marketing materials. The technical team utilised a range of CGI production techniques to maximise the photorealism of each shot.

We regularly communicated with Lucy Development throughout and acted on their feedback.
